WELCOME to Clearview Estates of Citrus Hills. Clearview Estates is a deed restricted community of both working and retired families with room to spread out. There are 477 one acre lots in Clearview Estates with some of those lots available for new home construction. We are located within 5 minutes of shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, gas stations, and three 18 hole championship golf courses. Residents can drive to the Gulf within 30 minutes and Disney, Universal, or Busch Garden parks within an hour and a half. ​

• We offer three miles of equestrian riding trails winding through the community. A privately owned horse stable is connected to the trail.

• Most of the properties have access to natural gas.

• All properties have public County water access with sewage handled by your own private septic field.

• Water wells for landscape irrigation are permitted.

• Citrus Hills Golf and Country Club Social Membership may be available. Existing homes with a membership will be transferred to a new homeowner.  The owners of a new home constructed by Citrus Hills Construction may apply for a membership.

• While our annual association dues on each property are very low, we do have an additional annual mowing fee on unimproved lots. See the Assessment Dues page for details.

• If you want to store a boat, motor home, trailer, etc. on your property, it must be out of site in a garage, an outbuilding, or in a location as approved by the Architectural Control Board.

        If you are moving to or within Citrus County, you should consider becoming a        Clearview Estates resident.

You can find us if traveling WEST on County Road 44 from Inverness:

• TURN RIGHT onto RUN FOR THE ROSES DRIVE, the main Clearview Estates entrance, approximately 0.75 miles from the Wal-Mart / Lowes shopping center.

• Go about 500 feet and TURN LEFT onto EAST CROWN OF ROSES LOOP. (Turn left before reaching the gates at the Belmont Hills entrance)

• You have arrived at CLEARVIEW ESTATES.

You can find us if traveling EAST on County Road 44 from Homosassa or Crystal River:

• TURN LEFT onto RUN FOR THE ROSES DRIVE, the main Clearview Estates entrance, approximately 0.5 miles from the traffic light at South Kensington Street.

• Go about 500 feet and TURN LEFT onto EAST CROWN OF ROSES LOOP. (Turn left before reaching the gates at the Belmont Hills entrance)

• You have arrived at CLEARVIEW ESTATES.
