1.  The meeting location for the Board of Directors and the Architectural Control Board

is at the Citrus Bridge Club in the Treetops Plaza, 1647 Hwy 44, Lecanto.

      The Citrus Bridge Club, rear building, in the Treetops Plaza.   Plaza is on right when traveling West on Hwy 44.

      

 

2.   Effective immediately!      

If you use the US postal service for your ACB Applications or correspondence, address them to:

Do not mail any documents to Access Management. There are no changes if you are sending Applications and correspondence by email through ACB@clearviewestates.net.

 

 

3.   Your Board of Directors has changed management firms. This took place on January 1, 2022. The new firm is Access Management. As of 2/1/22, you should have received a mailing from Access Management.  As noted at the 2023 annual meeting, this year’s assessment for 2024 will be $281.00 plus a mowing fee, if applicable. See the Assessment Dues page for details.

We have a new website, https://clearviewestates.nabrnetwork.com/communityfeed.php for Clearview property owners only. The website is password protected and you will have your own account.  As a property owner, you can apply for a password on the new website. You will be able to apply for ACB permits online as you currently do on this website. You will also have access to the POA financial information, meeting agendas, and all approved meeting minutes.

The current website, "https://www.clearviewestates.net", will remain active until further notice. All four of the current mailboxes; Contactmyboard, ACB, Maintenance, and Compliance will remain open for your emails until the end of 2024.

 

 

4. Check out the LINKS page. It has direct access to many local government offices, utility, events, and things to do.

 

 

5.   POTHOLE?  To report issues with roads, call the Citrus County Road Maintenance Department at 352-527-7610 or contact James Sterling, Director, by email:  james.sterling@citrusbocc.com.

 

 

6.   For new homeowners and those homeowners replacing a mailbox, the US Postal Service

provides this instruction for the placement of a mailbox along a paved street.
