The meeting location for the Architectural Control Board has changed again.  Effective March 2022,  all future meetings will be held at the Citrus Bridge Club, 1647 Hwy 44, Lecanto.

Meetings of the Clearview Estates Board of Directors, Architectural Control Board, Committees, and Membership are held to conduct the business of Clearview Estates Property Owners. It has come to the attention of the Board of Directors that displaying the minutes and financial information from these meetings to the general public may result in unwanted legal consequences. As a result, the Board of Directors has decided to remove meeting minutes and financial information from public view on the website. However, meeting Agendas will still be displayed for property owners on the website at least 48 hours in advance of a meeting.

Approved minutes from the Board of Directors, the Architectural Control Board, Committees, and the Membership meetings along with financial information are available only to Clearview Estates Property Owners. Owners can obtain this information by logging into  https://clearviewestates.nabrnetwork.com/ or by sending an email to  Contactmyboard@clearviewestates.net . Once your property ownership is validated, all available approved minutes or financial information can be read, downloaded, or sent to you at no charge by email or by U.S. mail service.
